Doria Ragland’s father, Alvin Ragland, passed away at the age of 82 in a shocking incident. In March 2011, while walking his dogs, he experienced a fall after the leashes got tangled. He was discovered by neighbors near his home in the View Park-Windsor Hills area of Los Angeles shortly after noon.

The coroner concluded that his passing was accidental, stating, “There is no suspicion of foul play.” Following his death, Doria inherited the house where she had been residing to care for him, according to Hello!.
