A viral video shows a motorist snatching money from a beggar on the side of the road and speeding away.

In a video that has sparked fury online, the man noticed a beggar who already had money in her hands.

He slowed his car and unfastened his side glass as she approached to beg for money from him.

Instead of giving her money or dismissing her, he quickly grabbed the one she was holding and drove away.

The driver and another passenger in the car were overheard laughing at the shared joke.
