I Go Save, a Nigerian comedian, has sent several questions to the government about the recently enforced laws that allows pedestrians to be arrested for not using the pedestrian bridge.

In a video posted on Instagram, the comedian stated that he has seen multiple recordings of the Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI) squad detaining people for not using the pedestrian bridge.
Even though it makes sense to police the law, he believes the methods employed to apprehend these pedestrians are archaic.
He urged that, like in other industrialized countries, there be appropriate traffic lights for zebra crossings and pedestrians.
He also wanted to know if the pedestrian bridge, with its long stairs, was built with those with disabilities in mind.
