After it was revealed that he and the EFCC had decided to resolve his Naira abuse case outside of court, the social media influencer made this announcement on Thursday via an Instagram post.
The EFCC accused him of abusing Naira and filed a three-count complaint against him on April 16.
The next day he was arraigned. The well-known figure on social media entered a not guilty plea after the accusations were read.
Subsequently, N10 million in bail was granted by Judge Kehinde Ogundare, along with two responsible sureties in an equivalent amount.
The judge decided that the terms of the bail must be completed in seven days.
After being freed, Cubana Chief Priest was given to his attorney, who agreed to subsequently produce him. The trial was postponed until May 2 in order to continue.
On Thursday, May 2, all sides decided to resolve the dispute outside of court at their meeting. The hearing of the settlement report caused the trial to be postponed until June 5.
Speaking of his experience, Cubana Chief Priest advised his people not to go into conflict with the EFCC since he has been under pressure ever since the story started.
