In response, Culpo defended herself in the comments section, explaining that she was simply answering a question in an interview about her makeup choices.
This is not the first time Olivia Culpo has faced criticism for her wedding decisions. Her husband, Christian McCaffrey, supported her. Furthermore, a fashion influencer criticized Culpo’s choice of a Dolce & Gabbana long-sleeved ballgown, labeling it “modest” and expressing disapproval.
