The Deployment of 103 Digital Platforms by Ministries and Branches

The distribution includes digital platforms, information systems, and apps developed by ministries and branches for nationwide use.

The Ministry of Finance is leading with 31 out of the 103 platforms, followed by the Ministry of Public Security with 11, Ministry of Construction with 10, and ministries of Home Affairs and Justice with 9 each, among others.

Compiled by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC), the list aims to promote these platforms nationwide and prevent duplication.

MIC will regularly update the list on ndp.dx.gov.vn to support national digital platform development.

Out of 29 entities, 18 have disclosed their platforms for nationwide use while the rest are urged to report theirs promptly to avoid duplication issues.

Ministries are required to keep their platforms updated and integrated with the National Data Sharing and Integration Platform for efficient data sharing.

Localities are encouraged to utilize these digital platforms, with support available from platform administrators in case of any difficulties.

Digital platforms are seen as key in the national digital transformation program, fostering efficiency and cost reduction.

Developing Vietnamese digital platforms is vital for speeding up industrialization and modernization, benefiting the local population.

Ensuring user safety online falls under the responsibility of mobile network operators.

Communication is fundamental for governments at all levels, necessitating dedicated annual budgets for effective organization and support for press agencies to become digital platforms.
