Law enforcement received a call after a disturbance was overheard at the couple’s location. Upon arrival, the police intervened and separated the two music artists.

After engaging with Saweetie and YG, the officers recorded details of the event as a precautionary measure, yet no charges were pressed.

YG and Saweetie’s romantic involvement was initially speculated in April 2023 when they were seen together at Coachella. Their relationship was confirmed a month later with a public display of affection during a vacation to Mexico.
