After facing unwarranted reports from trolls, her TikTok account was temporarily suspended. “I do sing her songs, but I’m not pretending to be her,” Valum clarified in an interview with the Daily Mail.

Regardless of the difficulties, Valum has embraced her resemblance to Carpenter. She often performs at children’s birthdays, dressing up as the pop star and bringing joy to young fans who think they’ve met the real Sabrina Carpenter.
“Seeing the children’s reactions when they believe Sabrina Carpenter is at their party is truly heartwarming,” she remarked.
Moreover, the attention she receives as a lookalike has positively impacted her music career since gaining fame on TikTok.
“Many people think it’ll be tough for me to establish my own identity after being associated with Sabrina Carpenter,” she reflected. “However, going viral has certainly boosted my career and opened doors for me in the music industry.”
While Valum appreciates the comparisons, she remains dedicated to her own musical journey. She aspires for her expanding fanbase to recognize her for her unique artistry, even as she continues to navigate the challenges of being a lookalike for a pop sensation.
