Jennifer Lopez is back in the spotlight again. Amidst the complicated divorce proceedings from Ben Affleck, which may continue for years without a prenuptial agreement, the pop icon is also confronting her past relationships.
This isn’t JLo’s first marriage; she has walked down the aisle four times. Recently, her first husband, Ojani Noa, has taken the chance to criticize his former spouse.
During an appearance on Despierta America, Ojani discussed their past and expressed solidarity with Ben Affleck, whom he feels a connection to during this tough time.
He reflected on the challenges he faced legally due to his marriage to the singer and pointed fingers at Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, implying his involvement played a significant role in their breakup.
“Diddy had a hand in that divorce,” Ojani stated, elaborating on how Jennifer Lopez came to know the famous rapper. “When Sony signed her for a massive deal, Puffy was set to produce several tracks for her debut album, On The 6. That’s where the trouble began, including infidelity and lies,” he shared.
“While I was in Los Angeles starting my restaurant, she was busy in Miami and New York with her album. Our physical separation was the start of the betrayal,” Ojani added.
Ojani claims JLo hindered his career
JLo’s former husband also accused her of negatively impacting his professional life, saying that echoes of their broken marriage still affect him.
“I often wondered aloud to Jennifer: What did I do to deserve being taken to court, accused, and having lies spread about me? I even faced interference from her with employment opportunities across various networks,” he explained.
“Why is this happening to me when I never wronged her? It’s time for her to come clean and reveal the truth about what transpired.”
