A disturbing legal claim has been made against a New York City plastic surgeon, who is accused of subjecting an innocent woman to severe abuse, essentially turning her into a “sex slave.” The allegations include attempts to conceal injuries his girlfriend sustained from abuse using filler injections, administered without pain relief.
Ammar Mahmoud faces accusations of brutally assaulting Maya Willow Sias, causing serious damage to her eye socket and subsequently transporting her to Alinea Medical Spa to inject filler into her bruised face without any anesthetic.
“He plunged a needle into my face, and I felt it scraping against the bone,” Sias recounted to The New York Post as she seeks $10 million in damages through a civil lawsuit against her attacker.
The 25-year-old woman also submitted graphic evidence of her injuries along with detailed accounts in a 16-page suit filed in New York City, with legal representation from Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP.
Images disclosed by The Post exhibit serious bruising around her eyes and extensive bruises on her arms, starkly contrasting her previous appearance as a successful model.
One particular image indicates her eye was so badly injured that it was completely swollen shut and had a deep red/purple hue, while a mirror selfie depicted her looking exhausted and disheveled, revealing bruises across her ribs as well.

What transpired with Sias?
Sias believes that Mahmoud may have a history of mistreating women, as his former spouse has ongoing legal issues against him that began ten years ago in 2014.
The two crossed paths in May 2023 in Florida when the doctor suggested a threesome, which Sias declined. However, after appreciating his personality, they stayed in touch and eventually started a relationship during a meeting in New York.
Initially, the blonde model was overwhelmed with luxury gifts from the doctor, but the situation took a troubling turn as he started using heavy drugs like psychedelics and ketamine, which escalated to the abuse of the young woman.
According to the lawsuit, Mahmoud would “assault Willow at any time of the night,” regardless of her consent or awareness of the situation.
Things turned violent when she discovered him partying with three sex workers at their home. When Sias confronted him, he responded with aggression, leaving her in fear for her safety.
“Dr. Mahmoud brutally threw Willow to the ground,” the lawsuit claims. “He relentlessly struck her in the face and body, and covered her face with a pillow, causing her to become unconscious.”
Following the incident, he expressed remorse but then began to dominate her every move, threatening her if she attempted to leave their shared apartment or relationship, often keeping her under the influence of drugs to ensure her compliance.
“Even though she clearly required immediate medical assistance, Dr. Mahmoud chose to hide the physical injuries he caused,” the lawsuit states. “He misused his medical credentials to further control and harm her.”
“The pain from the injections was intensified by the emotional distress of realizing her abuser was her only source of care, who exploited his medical authority against her.”
Mahmoud has refuted Sias’s claims, just as he previously denied allegations made by his ex-wife.
