Neymar Junior, renowned for his time at FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, has made headlines with his transition to Saudi Arabian football. He has joined Al Hilal on a staggering annual contract valued at 100 million euros.
As part of his deal, Neymar intends to purchase a sprawling 25-bedroom estate for visiting friends and family. Recently, he has made headlines again by acquiring a new property.
This property is situated in the Bugatti Residences at Dubai’s Business Bay, estimated at $54.5 million, as confirmed by developer Muhammad Binghatti. The mansion boasts extravagant features fitting for its price tag.
Binghatti commented, “Our partnership with Bugatti aims to deliver a distinctive and luxurious living experience. We aspire to create an environment that embodies luxury while instilling a sense of pride among its residents.”

The currently under-development project is uniquely linked to the Bugatti brand, featuring 182 residences. Amenities include a private car elevator, an exclusive pool offering spectacular views of Dubai’s skyline, a state-of-the-art gym, and a beach area reminiscent of the French Riviera.
In addition to this purchase, Neymar made headlines last month for acquiring land in Miami’s Bal Harbour area, investing $26 million, which has fueled speculation about a potential MLS move.
