Throughout Thanksgiving, there was a lot of talk around Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce regarding how they would spend the holiday. While specifics are limited, recent updates imply that the Kelce family might have altered their plans, hinting that Swift could have welcomed them to Nashville.
On the New Heights podcast, Jason Kelce shared that their family was set to gather in Kansas City for Thanksgiving, timed with Travis Kelce and the Chiefs’ matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday.
“We’re all heading to KC for Thanksgiving,” Jason mentioned. “You’ll be playing Friday night for Amazon. After the game, we can enjoy some Mafia.”
Nevertheless, Donna Kelce, mother of Travis and Jason, indicated on the Today show that their celebration would be subdued owing to the football schedule.
“Travis has a game the day after Thanksgiving,” she noted. “Thanksgiving is always about football. It’s football’s family time.”
Private jets on the move
The Daily Mail reported that Taylor Swift’s private aircraft, a Dassault Falcon 7X, was spotted arriving in Kansas City before heading back to Nashville on Wednesday evening.
Shortly thereafter, Jason Kelce’s private plane reportedly touched down in Nashville, fueling speculation that Swift may have invited the Kelce family to celebrate Thanksgiving at her residence.
Despite the jet activities implying a shift in plans, neither Swift nor the Kelce family has verified these claims.
Donna Kelce had indicated earlier that Swift’s Eras Tour schedule might hinder her from being with the family for Thanksgiving. However, as Swift is currently enjoying a short break from her tour, it is likely she chose to use the holiday to bond with Travis and his family.
