The gradual deterioration of her marriage to Ben Affleck has been especially painful. Just a few months into 2024, they were already struggling, but their relationship dragged on too long. Eventually, Lopez decided to file for divorce, yet she has not fully moved past that phase yet. Amidst these personal issues, she also found herself in the spotlight due to Diddy‘s unexpected legal troubles, which drew attention to Lopez, who had a relationship with him in the early 2000s.

Recently, Lopez has been more present in public appearances. On Thursday night, she endeared herself to her fans as she made a surprise visit to sign autographs for them at an awards event.
At the IndieWire Honors, where she received the Maverick Award, the organization recognized her for her “noteworthy acting career and her performance in ‘Unstoppable’.”
Looking ahead, Lopez is focused on 2025 with several upcoming projects. Notably, the musical drama “Kiss of the Spider Woman” finished filming in June and is expected to premiere next year. She will also be featured in “Office Romance“, a new romantic comedy set to be released on Netflix.
