Life’s Little Nuances.
My story is not a single instance of a thought or a wish becoming a reality but instances in my life that became possible after reading The Secret and practising gratitude.
My son, now almost 17 years, was not sleeping in his room 4 years ago. I started giving thanks for him sleeping in his own room and voila! He was doing so.
I had a spare garage I wanted to rent out. I did not have the sum in mind but visualised a car being parked in the spare garage and me receiving the rent. I also started giving gratitude for the same. This year I am now earning the rent for the garage.
I started giving gratitude for low cost of groceries for myself and the underprivileged in my country as well as the whole world and surprise, surprise! The price of oil has come down drastically along with a lot of groceries that have become much cheaper in my country.
For many years none of our overseas buyers visited us. I often had to spend a lot of money on overseas trips to visit them in their country for business. I started a gratitude practise of asking for buyers to come and visit us and just last week a buyer from a neighbouring country came!
I had been giving gratitude for the fixed amount of money that I wanted in the near future. Early this year I was stunned to see that the target had been met.
There are many more things but what I really want to say is thank you, thank you, thank you!
Warm regards
