Derek, who previously played as a quarterback at SMU and Long Island University, is now involved in sports operations in Kansas City. Like Gracie, he has a strong football heritage; his father, Trent Green, passed for over 21,000 yards while playing six seasons with the Chiefs and won a Super Bowl ring with the Rams in 2000.
