The house was initially offered at $285,000 in April, but is now listed for $279,000, according to Realtor.com.
The recent reduction in price isn’t coincidental. Just days prior, Randi received a heartfelt and unexpected gift from her children: a brand new residence, estimated to be worth $825,000. The house was a present from Patrick, his spouse Brittany, and his brother Jackson.
“Home is where my heart belongs, and it’s overflowing,” Randi shared on Instagram. “I am so thankful for my wonderful family… and my grandchildren for this amazing gift.”
