The “Karaoke Idol” Season 2 organised by ‘Giano‘ ended yesterday 9th, October 2016 in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria, and the winner was “Kendris”. Kendris won by votes; defeating Victor and Nice. His performance of Sam Smith’s “Writing on the Walls” thrilled the audience and I can say it’s one of the best performances yesterday.
Karaoke Idol is a singing competition that discovers real good talents. Young and vibrant youths use this medium to showcase their talents and the management of Giano has pledge to support them in whatever way they can. Normally, the winner of this contest always becomes the Ambassador of Giano with a one year contract and other great prizes. This is indeed a good opportunity for youths and Kendris should be happy now.
Recall that “Idyl” was the winner of the season 1 and now, Kendris is the winner of the season 2. Watch out for season 3! I bet you, it’s gonna be more surprising!
