German team Bayer 04 Leverkusen has officially named Erik ten Hag as their new head coach.
This news was revealed on Monday.
Ten Hag has signed a contract that will keep him with the Bundesliga side until June 2027.

“Erik ten Hag is our new head coach until 2027!” the club announced on Monday through X, expressing their excitement about the new appointment.
The 54-year-old coach steps in for Xabi Alonso, who previously guided Leverkusen to notable achievements.
Ten Hag was seen as the leading choice for the position after Alonso’s exit.
The club clarified that this new agreement is set for two years, extending until the conclusion of the 2026/27 campaign.
