Oladotun Alade, known in the music world as Dotman, has expressed his regret about moving from Nigeria to the United States.
The artist behind the hit song “Star Life” disclosed that since his move, he has been facing challenges quietly.
He noted that he hasn’t seen his children in two years and wishes he had stayed in Nigeria.
“I regret my decision to leave Nigeria for the US. I have been enduring a lot without anyone knowing. It’s been nearly two years since I last saw my children,” he mentioned in a recent Instagram update.
In the last ten years, there has been a notable rise in Nigerian celebrities emigrating.
Prominent individuals like Asake, Eldee, Dr. Sid, Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Rita Dominic, Tacha, Uche Jombo, Emeka Ike, and several others have made the move abroad.
