Our Story

Growing up in a traditional Italian family, Sunday supper was the event of the week. Family came together to enjoy each other’s company, savor the meal and create an experience. Preparation began a few days prior, walking to the market Friday morning and rolling out pasta by the afternoon. “Capisce,” a word spoken often by my Grandmother during our meal preparations, was her way of commanding attention and focus. Hearing me echo “capisce,” to her, confirmed that she was understood. This is exactly what inspired me to create Capiche Custom Events, where every detail is considered and the client is always understood.

What I started as a quiet word of mouth side-hustle, quickly turned into a bustling brand. My passion took on a life of its own, and soon, my team and I had our hands in all things social – one-of-a-kind events of all sizes. From high profile extravagant affairs to casual down-home weddings, Capiche has curated hundreds of diverse events and we’re always pushing to expand and deepen the business.
