The relationship between Crystal Harris and Hugh Hefner sparked a lot of conversation due to the 60-year age gap between them. Despite the controversy, Harris remained by Hefner’s side until his death in 2017. However, since then, many of Hefner’s former Playmates and girlfriends have come forward with allegations of abuse and sexual assault against him. Harris has joined the many women speaking out against Hefner and his former empire, and is planning to write a memoir about her story. She took to Instagram to share her plans, writing, “I will share how power, greed, narcissism, and a girl’s quest to feel loved, powerful, important, and have a sense of belonging led her down a dangerous path. More than anything, I longed for freedom from what I found myself in.
