On Wednesday’s episode of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” Teresa Giudice warned her soon-to-be husband Luis Ruelas that the “cameras are on” during a conversation about Melissa and Joe Gorga. Ruelas specifically mentioned not inviting Joe and Melissa Gorga to the pre-wedding evening. Giudice looked at her two daughters as she corrected her fiancé, emphasizing that she doesn’t tell her daughters everything that goes down between her and their uncle and aunt. She explained that she doesn’t like to tell the kids everything that’s going on with her brother and Melissa unless she has to. Giudice reassured her daughters that their uncle and aunt will be “invited” to the pre-rehearsal dinner night out.
Melissa and Joe Gorga also acknowledged their strained relationship and shared a similar sentiment on keeping the peace until the big day. Melissa expressed her interest to keep the peace between the two families, and the couple agreed that after the wedding, they’re “done” with Giudice and Ruelas. However, the peace didn’t last long because the Gorgas ended up ditching Giudice and Ruelas’ extravagant nuptials on Aug. 6. Sources told Page Six that Melissa learned of a rumor about her cheating on Joe a few nights before Giudice’s big day, and that ultimately led to them not attending.
