Hill, who is famous for taking the stage late, was pretty much on time, running just 15 minutes behind her scheduled start, we hear.
Hill — who will reunite with the Fugees for a much-anticipated tour for her 25-year-old album “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill” in October — put a small fan by her feet to help combat sweltering, 80-degree heat, and played the show in a stylish, heavy-looking, mirrored blazer.
She played hits like “Killing Me Softly” and “Doo Wop (That Thing)” to an amped up crowd, but no one seemed more excited than the staff.
“I love my job,” one worker was heard saying as they danced. “I can’t believe I get paid to watch Lauryn Hill!”
Soho House, which originated in London, has clubs around the world.
Madonna, Miley Cryus, Tom Cruise, Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicole Kidman and more A-listers have all been seen at the hotspot which costs $2,667 a year.
Just this week, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly were photographed after eating at the hotel.
Guests for the anniversary bash got invites in the form of a members card for “Annabelle Bronstein” — the pseudonym Kim Cattrall’s character, Samantha Jones, gave to sneak into the spot on a Season 6 episode of “Sex and the City.”
The name also popped up during Cattrall’s recent cameo on the HBO spinoff “And Just Like That.”
