Recently, a CCTV footage has surfaced online capturing the disturbing incident of a housemaid urinating in her employer’s mug in the kitchen. The video has sparked widespread reactions on social media.
In the video, the employer is heard speaking in the Hausa language, expressing her dismay that despite providing the maid with an ensuite room, she opted to urinate in the kitchen using her mug. Moreover, she revealed that she pays the maid more than the agreed amount and the maid eats the same food prepared for the household.
The footage also shows the maid pleading with the employer as she faces the threat of being taken to the police station.
