At the Westfield Century Mall, Lopez was captured dancing on an escalator with her phone in hand, looking chic in a tank top, denim skirt, and gold sandals accessorized with Gucci sunglasses and a Dior bag, all while sporting a gold band on her wedding finger post-announcement of the split with Affleck, sparking speculation.
Affleck’s “darkness” is revealed as a source shares insights into their failed relationship, citing their differing personalities and approaches to fame as contributing factors to their second breakup following their initial split in the early 2000s and their short-lived reunion and marriage in Las Vegas in 2022.
Lopez believed in a fairy tale romance with Affleck but failed to see his true self, with the source stating, “Ben has a darkness to him that no other person can fix. [His actress ex-wife] Jen Garner couldn’t fix it, all the success in the world couldn’t fix it.”
