Hon. Dr. Eric Ogbonna Odo, the Executive Chairman of the Igbo Etiti Local Government Area in Enugu State, has made key appointments for two Senior Special Assistants focusing on garden egg, pepper, and yam.
As per the circulating appointment letters, Odo appointed Ezeugwu Frederick Ogbonna as the Senior Special Assistant on Yam and Pepper.
In addition, Nwodo Everestus Ugonna has been appointed as the Senior Special Assistant on Garden Egg and Pepper.
“I am pleased to inform you that the executive chairman Igbo Etiti LGA has approved your appointment as SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT to the Local Government chairman on AGRICULTURE (GARDEN EGG & PEPPER),” quoted Nwodo’s appointment letter.
“I am pleased to inform you that the executive chairman Igbo Etiti LGA has approved your appointment as SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT to the Local Government chairman on AGRICULTURE (YAM & PEPPER),” stated Ezeugwu’s letter.
In his statement of goals, Odo expressed his commitment to leading the “most progressive local government area in sub-Saharan Africa.”
“My vision: To administer the most progressive local government area in sub-Saharan Africa. My mission: To create an efficient local government system that respects, honors, and develops the various communities according to the limits of available resources if elected,” a part of the vision detailed in his statement.
“I aim to make bold and tough decisions to realize the vast human and natural resource potential in the Local Government Area.”
