Bolanle Ninalowo Discusses Father-Daughter Bond
Nigerian actor Bolanle Ninalowo has opened up about his connection with his 18-year-old daughter, Aliyah, during an interview with VJ Adams.
In the discussion, he shared insights into how he handled a delicate request from Aliyah. Initially, she expressed interest in piercing her tongue, but Ninalowo felt uneasy about this choice.
Reflecting on his own youth, he mentioned that he lacked the confidence to voice his wishes with his father. Nevertheless, he recognized that peer influence played a significant role in Aliyah’s request.
After he declined the tongue piercing, Aliyah proposed getting her navel pierced instead. Understanding the situation, Ninalowo consented since a navel piercing is removable, emphasizing his desire to connect with his daughter.
To show his support, he drove her to the piercing studio and covered the costs, reinforcing their bond.
