Jennifer had invested significant effort into her “This Is Me…Live” tour, but she ultimately made the choice to cancel it, driven by disappointing ticket sales and the tension in her marriage to Ben Affleck.

In her message, she spoke directly to her fans:
“I am utterly heartsick and devastated over this decision. Please understand, I wouldn’t do this unless it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you, and we will reunite again.“
