The Johnson family is brimming with holiday excitement as Dwayne Johnson shares how he and his daughters get ready for Christmas.
At 52, Johnson, who is featured in the holiday movie ‘Red One’, recently spoke with People about how they celebrate the season and build anticipation for Santa’s arrival alongside his daughters, Jasmine, age eight, and Tiana, age six.
He expressed the joy of having little ones around, saying, “Santa’s coming. That’s exciting!”
“Getting them to bed can be a challenge when they want to stay up. So we might watch a Christmas movie, and then they fall asleep while we prepare for Santa,” Johnson elaborated, noting the fun in the whole experience.
Before bedtime, his daughters have a special job of leaving out milk and cookies, which they made themselves.
“We make sure to set out the cookies and their notes, plus oats and carrots for the reindeer,” he mentioned.
Daughters in Moana 2
Johnson also recently shared that his daughters will have small roles in the upcoming ‘Moana 2’.
He took them to the film’s premiere and described their eagerness to see themselves animated on the big screen.
“They absolutely loved it,” he noted in an interview with E News! “They were on the edge of their seats, waiting for their scene to come up,” he stated with excitement.
When their scene played, they enthusiastically exclaimed, “That’s me!” which Johnson found incredibly rewarding, humorously stating, “That’s the good stuff of fame. And nepotism,” as a lighthearted jab.
