The ongoing feud between 50 Cent and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs intensified this week as the “In Da Club” artist took to social media to ridicule his competitor. This came on the heels of Combs’ recent arrest on serious federal charges, which were less concerning to 50 than a peculiar detail emerging from the raids on Combs’ homes: over 1,000 bottles of lubricant and baby oil.
On Monday, Combs faced significant charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking, sending shockwaves through the entertainment industry. As news of his arrest emerged, federal agents disclosed that during the raids in March, they stumbled upon an astonishing collection of personal lubricants, sparking rampant speculation online. 50 Cent quickly took the opportunity to mock his rival.
After appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show, 50 Cent posted a photo with the actress on social media, stating, “Here I am keeping good company with @DrewBarrymoreTV,” before adding a cheeky comment about not having “1,000 bottles of lube at the house.” This post quickly gained traction, further fueling their ongoing rivalry.
The tension between 50 Cent and Combs has been longstanding, but this latest incident seems to have rekindled their feud. Known for his penchant for trolling on social media, 50 seized the moment to not only mock Diddy’s legal issues but also to announce plans for a documentary tentatively titled Diddy Do It?, which will reportedly delve into the serious allegations against him.
Sean Combs, famously known for songs like “I’ll Be Missing You,” has been embroiled in controversy following serious allegations from his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. In November 2023, she filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault and physical violence. Although this matter was resolved quickly within 24 hours, it prompted an array of additional accusations that have severely damaged Combs’ public image.
Compounding these issues, a 2016 video resurfaced online, purportedly showing the alleged assault in a hotel room. Rapper 50 Cent seized the moment to mock Combs on social media, posting a sarcastic comment alongside the video that dismissed the implications of his innocence.

As the drama escalates, 50 Cent also took to X, commenting that a lie detector test would determine the claims made against Combs were false, insinuating the increasing number of allegations. Since the initial lawsuit, more than seven other individuals have come forward with similar allegations, all of which Combs continues to deny.
Meanwhile, Combs faces significant legal challenges. He was apprehended at the Park Hyatt in New York City just after being observed smiling in public. He is charged with serious offenses, including racketeering and sex trafficking, with court documents suggesting he has operated a criminal enterprise for years, coercing individuals to fulfill his wishes while projecting an image of authority.
During law enforcement operations, authorities discovered not only thousands of lubricant bottles but also firearms, including AR-15s with altered serial numbers. The indictment states Combs’ associates used these weapons to intimidate victims and witnesses, heightening the severity of his alleged crimes.
As this situation evolves, Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ attorney, is tirelessly working to defend his client, denouncing the arrest as an act of “unjust prosecution.” Agnifilo admitted Combs may not be flawless but asserted he “has committed no crime.” He appealed to the public to reserve judgment, declaring, “These are the actions of an innocent man, eagerly anticipating his day in court.“
While serious allegations loom over Combs, 50 Cent continues to capitalize on the unfolding situation for entertainment, suggesting that the conflict between him and Diddy is far from resolution.
