Jennifer Garner is set to tie the knot again, but there’s one notable absence. Reports indicate that Ben Affleck, her ex-husband and father to her three children, has been explicitly told he cannot attend her forthcoming wedding to businessman John Miller.
This decision, allegedly influenced by Miller, follows several awkward encounters between Affleck and Garner that have generated friction in her current relationship.

“John is pleased that his previous demands were effective and that Ben‘s attachment isn’t souring their romance, but he’s now insisting that Ben be completely excluded from the wedding,” an insider disclosed to RadarOnline.com.
Miller has moved into Garner‘s home in Brentwood, California, and is eager to set stricter boundaries. “Having Ben there would bring unnecessary attention and distract from the true significance of their wedding day,” the source added. “Additionally, it would be quite uncomfortable for John to engage with Ben.
While Garner reportedly defended her ex, expressing that Affleck feels like family to her, Miller remains resolute and insists on clearer restrictions regarding her ex’s involvement in their joint life.
This dynamic has left Garner in a challenging position as she aims to uphold a healthy co-parenting relationship with Affleck for their children—Violet, 19, Fin, 16, and Samuel, 13.
“Ben is not likely to take the wedding exclusion kindly,” the insider noted. “He believes he has already made numerous compromises since John became part of the picture.”
As the wedding approaches, it seems Garner is juggling her own happiness while trying to maintain harmony within a complex family setup.
But for now, one fact is clear: her new chapter will not include her well-known ex on the guest list.
