The relationship between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez is facing troubles, leading to strain not only between them but also with Affleck’s ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Garner, who has been supportive post their divorce, is now feeling the need to step back as Affleck’s marriage to Lopez seems to be deteriorating.
Despite tying the knot with Lopez in 2022, their marriage is on the rocks, evidenced by their decision to sell their home due to irreconcilable differences in managing their busy schedules and dealing with the media.
Affleck, famous for his roles in Batman and Pearl Harbor, has moved into a $100,000 apartment in Brentwood, California, while Lopez has distanced herself from him since earlier this year, although she still spends time with her stepdaughter.
Being actively involved in his life post their marriage from 2005-2018, Jennifer Garner has tried to salvage Affleck’s current marriage, but the strain is starting to affect her relationship with John Miller.
“Jen has always been a problem solver,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “But the issues between Ben and J.Lo are leading to tensions with John, and that’s not something she desires.
“Jen has made it clear to Ben that he needs to handle his own issues – she is stepping back. He is on his own now.”
Expert Suggests Breaking Away is the Right Decision
Miller, aged 46, has reportedly become frustrated with the time Garner is dedicating to Affleck, causing them to miss out on quality time together as Garner finds herself playing a role akin to a marriage counselor for Affleck.
Relationship coach, Dr. Gilda Carle, emphasizes the importance of Garner focusing on her relationship with Miller and steering clear of any past turmoil from her past with Affleck that may resurface due to the current circumstances.
“Jen is in a stable relationship with a businessman,” Carle shared with RadarOnline.com. “Her children are growing up and becoming more independent.
“Ben‘s constant chaos is bringing back painful memories of their divorce. It is a healthy choice for her to distance herself from Ben for the sake of her relationship with Mr. Miller.”
