Ben Affleck Unwinds with His Most Disliked Habit by Jennifer Lopez After a Stressful Few Weeks

Ben Affleck was seen enjoying a nature walk on Saturday morning in Los Angeles, taking in the fresh air with a cigarette in hand and his newly adopted German shepherd by his side.

He wore a casual outfit featuring a light brown button-up shirt with rolled-up sleeves, complemented by a white t-shirt visible at the collar.

This morning stroll comes in the wake of news that Jennifer Lopez, Affleck’s ex-wife, is checking out new properties in Brentwood, the upscale neighborhood where Affleck lives, despite her disapproval of his smoking.

Jennifer Lopez’s property search

As per TMZ, Lopez has recently visited a $20 million mansion in Brentwood. During their brief marriage, she and Affleck bought a luxurious estate that is now listed for $61 million.

However, the property has not yet received any serious offers, which could benefit rich buyers, especially those affected by the recent Palisades fire.

The wildfire has burned over 23,400 acres and was reported to be 81 percent contained as of Saturday morning. Residents who evacuated are expected to return home by Tuesday, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Fortunately, the Pacific Palisades home of Affleck’s ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their children was not damaged by the fire.

Affleck’s return to Hollywood

Ben Affleck is preparing for the launch of The Accountant 2, where he reprises his role as Christian Wolff, a hitman with exceptional math skills. Amazon MGM Studios shared a first look at the film this week, set to hit theaters in April.

The sequel features Wolff stepping back into the spotlight to aid Treasury Agent Marybeth Medina, played by Cynthia Addai-Robinson, after a murder involving a close associate. The case leads Wolff to reconnect with his estranged brother, Brax, played by Jon Bernthal. JK Simmons will also reprise his role as the director of the Treasury Department’s financial crimes division.

This highly awaited thriller is slated to premiere at the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas, on March 8. Both Affleck and his longtime friend and collaborator Matt Damon are producers on the film.
