Blake Lively is receiving substantial backing from loved ones and notable personalities after initiating legal action against her co-star and director, Justin Baldoni, from It Ends With Us.

Support for Blake Lively from Hollywood

Her brother-in-law, Bart Johnson, has publicly condemned Baldoni’s conduct.

Johnson expressed his thoughts in a response to a New York Times Instagram post, denouncing the PR strategy targeting Lively as “gross and disgusting but highly effective.”

He urged people to examine the situation closely, stating, “Read the article, their text message exchanges, and his PR campaign strategy to bury her by any means necessary. No person is flawless. But the public was manipulated.”

Johnson also praised Lively for her commitment as a mother of four and a dedicated professional, commending her strength despite what he termed a targeted smear attack against her.

“She was assaulted by a VERY costly PR smear campaign after filing a sexual harassment report for the very film you need to go out and promote under the correct circumstances, or you get burned,” he added.

Lively’s sister, Robyn, shared her support on Instagram, proclaiming, “FINALLY justice for my sister @blakelively,” expressing relief that the truth is coming to surface.

Various celebrities have shown their support for Lively.

Colleen Hoover, the author whose book inspired the film, commended her for refusing to “sit down and be buried.”

Her co-stars from Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, and Alexis Bledel, publicly declared, “We stand with her in her battle against the alleged effort to ruin her reputation.”

Amber Heard, who underwent a prominent defamation case, remarked on Baldoni’s employment of a PR crisis manager she recognized, describing social media misinformation as “horrifying.”

Amy Schumer, Gwyneth Paltrow, and director Paul Feig also conveyed their support.

The allegations against Baldoni, which his attorney has labeled “false, outrageous, and intentionally salacious,” have drawn considerable scrutiny, especially following earlier indications of tension between Lively and Baldoni.

As the legal proceedings advance, Lively’s supporters persist in amplifying her message, advocating for justice and accountability.
