Actress Blake Lively has reached out to her friend Taylor Swift to help her navigate through the media frenzy surrounding her while promoting her latest movie, ‘It Ends With Us’.
Recent rumors of a rift with her co-star Justin Baldoni have hogged the limelight, overshadowing the film’s release. To tackle this situation, Lively reportedly sought advice from Swift on handling the media scrutiny.
“Blake has been leaning on Taylor to help her weather this storm, just as she did during the filming of It Ends with Us,” a source disclosed to the Daily Mail.
The source further stated, “Taylor has a knack for handling backlash more effectively than anyone else.”
Known for subtly hinting at disputes and breakups in her songs without directly addressing them publicly, Swift‘s approach seems to have rubbed off on Lively in her feud with Baldoni,
Although Lively has not openly revealed the cause of the discord with Baldoni, she has chosen to subtly allude to it.
The source also mentioned that Lively is using her friendship with Swift in interviews to help navigate the situation, stating: “Blake is enlisting Taylor’s support in interviews and other promotional activities related to the film amidst the ongoing backlash.”
In addition to this, Lively has been sporting floral outfits during her promotional events, reminiscent of Swift’s signature fashion style.
Strained Relationship between Lively and Baldoni
Speculation about tension between the two co-stars has been rife recently, evident by their absence from joint press activities leading up to the movie’s premiere.
Notably, they did not interact during the movie’s red carpet event.
