Rumors about the growing distance in the Beckham family are intensifying.
Following a brief trip to London for a photo shoot featuring his son Brooklyn, it has come to light that the 26-year-old steered clear of his parents, Victoria and David Beckham.
The hot sauce entrepreneur, accompanied by his wife, Nicola Peltz, was in London for a campaign with the Italian fashion label, Moncler. They finished their commitments by 3:30 PM before heading back to their hotel and flying back to the U.S. the next day.
However, a source from Page Six mentioned, “He didn’t reach out” to the owner of Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami or the designer. Neither did they communicate with her brothers, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper, who are 22, 20, and 13 respectively.
“It’s becoming increasingly apparent how strained things are beneath the surface,” the source added. This became even clearer when their father was in the same country, meeting King Charles III and Queen Camilla at Highgrove Estate on May 19.
Family Tensions Escalate
The absence of communication from Brooklyn towards his parents couldn’t have occurred at a more critical time, pointing to deeper familial issues, particularly amid speculation that he and Peltz are in conflict with Victoria and David.
A significant incident took place in 2022 during Brooklyn’s wedding, where a disagreement reportedly occurred between the fashion designer and her daughter-in-law over wedding details.
Despite attempts to refute the rumors of their dispute and convey warmth on social media, tensions flared again around David’s 50th birthday, with sources indicating that neither Brooklyn nor his spouse made an effort to attend.
“David and Victoria have always supported Brooklyn and Nicola at events, whether they’re launching their hot sauce or attending movie premieres. This is quite disheartening,” the source expressed.
Is there any chance Brooklyn has reached out to his parents since then?
