Lisa Rinna wants Bravo’s reality stars to join Bethenny Frankel in her fight for fair wages by not participating in the TV network’s annual fan convention, BravoCon.
“Every @Sag/aftra [member] who is on a Bravo show should boycott Bravocon,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum wrote via her Instagram Stories earlier this week.
“You want them to star to take you seriously and pay you the money you deserve? Then start a reality show union per Bethenny.”
She concluded, “Time is now.”
Rinna, 60, then reposted a fan’s comment who agreed with her, stating, “Shouldn’t all woke Bravo stans boycott Bravocon?”
“They love flexing how progressive they are by calling everybody racist and campaigning for reality stars to be fired. Well, there’s nothing more left wing than workers rights and unions!”
Rinna wrote over the fan’s comment in agreement, “Bam.”
Page Six reached out to Bravo for a response on Rinna’s remarks, but they declined to comment.
However, a source tells us exclusively of the former Bravolebrity, “I’m sure if she was invited to BravoCon, she wouldn’t be saying this.”
Rinna starred on “RHOBH,” one of Bravo’s leading “Housewives” franchises, for eight seasons but quit earlier this year.
“This is the longest job I have held in my 35 year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series,” the former soap star told People in January.
“It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come!”
Rinna’s decision was reportedly made as a “mutual” agreement between her and Bravo.
However, her exit came on the heels of a ton of fan backlash for some of her on-camera and off-camera behavior.
During Season 12, she was embroiled in a contentious feud with Kathy Hilton after she accused the socialite of having a “psychotic break” during a cast trip to Aspen, Colo.
Hilton, 64, called Rinna the “biggest bully in Hollywood” during the reunion and many fans sided with Paris Hilton’s mother.
At last year’s BravoCon, Rinna was booed when she stepped onto the stage for a panel with her co-stars.
She flipped off the audience as a result, but later told Page Six following the incident, “I’m a f—king rock star,” seemingly brushing it off.
In January, Rinna admitted that she “f–king hated” her final season, calling what happened to her after her fight with Kathy a “smear campaign.”
“The story just didn’t get told as two-sidedly as I would’ve liked,” she told Interview magazine at the time. “It was unfortunate that there weren’t cameras in Aspen. It was something that happened so spontaneously.
Like Rinna, Frankel, 52, is no longer on Bravo, but she was also a “Housewife” for many years.
The SkinnyGirl founder starred on “Real Housewives of New York City” from its first season in 2008 until 2010, and then rejoined in 2015 until 2019.
Last week, Frankel told her Instagram followers that she thought reality stars — like SAG-AFTRA actors — were being financially exploited.
“Hollywood is on strike. Entertainers are fighting for residuals, and no one will promote anything. Why isn’t reality TV on strike?” the businesswoman previously said.
“I myself have generated millions and millions of dollars in advertising and online impressions being on reality TV and have never made a single residual. So, either I’m missing something or we’re getting screwed too.”

While Frankel has not advocated for the boycotting of BravoCon like Rinna, she is taking her stance seriously by hiring powerhouse attorneys to aid her fight.
“Something has to change because the current system is broken,” lawyer Mark Geragos told Variety on Friday.
Meanwhile, BravoCon 2023 is still scheduled to take place in Las Vegas from Nov. 3 to 5.
Ellen Stone, NBCUniversal brand strategy exec, said in a press release in April, “You can bet this will be the best BravoCon yet.”
