BUZZ: Southwest Airlines Alleges Savannah Chrisley Insulted Employee

Southwest Airlines has accused Savannah Chrisley of telling a different story about what happened when she was kicked off her flight for being an “unruly passenger.” According to the airline’s spokesperson, Chrisley allegedly “repeatedly insulted several employees” and was denied boarding on her original flight. They also claim that she arrived at the gate late in the boarding process and was asked to gate-check her bag due to the overhead bins being full. The airline is currently looking into the situation.

Chrisley took to social media on Thursday to share her side of the story. She said that an attendant would not allow her to board her flight out to Tennessee. She explained that she needed to get home to her 10-year-old niece, Chloe, whom she recently got full custody of after her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, were sentenced to a combined 19 years in prison for tax evasion and fraud. Chrisley claimed the employee allegedly called her an “unruly passenger” for pushing back. She was eventually rebooked on another flight and shared a selfie of herself looking stressed out on the plane at nearly 2 a.m.
