In a recent episode of ‘Aruser@s’, the notable reappearance of David Beckham was discussed, particularly his noticeably swollen face. The former soccer star, known for his time at Real Madrid, Manchester United, Milan, and PSG, caught attention during his feature on NBC’s ‘Today’ show.
Alfonso Arus, host of the La Sexta show, remarked that Beckham’s face appears to be “slightly more swollen”. Colleague Tatiana Arus speculated it might be due to some cosmetic procedure, adding, “it’s not his best view nor does it suit him well.”
“Swelling tends to reduce after aesthetic procedures,” noted Tatiana. However, talk show host Patricia Benitez was quite blunt: “He seems to be on a decline… it’s not good at all.”
Alfonso Arús: “The lighting doesn’t impact his inability to smile”
“It seems like it’s challenging for him to smile as he can’t move his facial muscles. It’s a bit odd… perhaps the studio lights aren’t optimal,” Angie Cardenas suggested in Beckham’s defense. Nonetheless, Alfonso Arus disagreed, stating, “The lighting doesn’t change that expression making it hard for him to smile.”
At this point, it’s unclear whether David Beckham has recently undergone any cosmetic work, but the buzz surrounding these images has stirred quite a conversation. Regarded as a pivotal figure in bridging the gap between sports and the fashion industry, Beckham’s influence is particularly heightened due to his association with media personality Victoria, who boasts a large following.
