Diddy’s Alarming Allegations: Designer Claims Life Threats from Music Mogul

Diddy accused of dangling top designer 17th-story balcony and threatening to kill her

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is currently incarcerated due to allegations of sex trafficking and other serious offenses, but new allegations keep emerging against him.

The latest account comes from Bryana ‘Bana’ Bongolan, a fashion designer, who asserts that Diddy threatened her by hanging her over a balcony on the 17th floor. She claims it was only thanks to Cassie Ventura, who intervened, that she was saved, and she is now suing the controversial music mogul for $10 million.

This lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles, citing a distressing incident that allegedly took place on September 26, 2016, during one of Diddy’s wild parties.

Even though Bongolan was not part of the party, Ventura’s previous lawsuit from last November referenced the event, detailing that Ventura had been coerced into sexual acts by a male worker.

The lawsuit states, “The intent of lifting someone over a balcony is to either cause harm or to maliciously instill fear, stripping them of their autonomy and sense of security.”

“It is alarming that this is precisely what happened to Ms. Bongolan.”

Bongolan has expressed her determination to not let fear dictate her life moving forward and is pursuing this lawsuit to hold Diddy accountable for his behavior.

Details of the Allegations

The lawsuit further detailed that Bongolan was at Ventura’s apartment with her then-girlfriend when Diddy barged in, waking them with loud banging on the door.

Reportedly intoxicated from his party, Diddy was allegedly forced back when Bongolan instructed her girlfriend to hide before he managed to enter.

As Bongolan stepped onto the balcony, Diddy allegedly confronted her and began to grope her.

The lawsuit claims he said, “Do you know what the f**k you did?” while holding her by the armpits and lifting her onto the railing.

According to the lawsuit, “Diddy raised her higher and higher over the 17th floor balcony, with only his grip preventing her from falling.”

It was only after Ventura yelled at Diddy to stop that he pulled Bongolan back in.

However, he did not let her go, and instead threw her down on the balcony’s furniture.

Bongolan’s lawsuit asserts that she rightfully feared Mr. Combs and suffered significant and lasting harm as a result.

“His despicable and repulsive actions violated Ms. Bongolan’s core dignity, autonomy, and sense of safety,” the lawsuit claims.

“This incident marked the peak of a prolonged series of threats and intimidations causing distress during Ms. Bongolan’s encounters with Mr. Combs from the moment they met.”
