Although both are well-known personalities, they still value their private time together. Recently, insiders close to the pair disclosed that they took advantage of recent months to travel and escape their demanding schedules.
Recently, a fan of Swift posted a TikTok video revealing that his mother used to work for Taylor in a cleaning capacity and mentioned some of the star’s go-to spots in Mystic, Connecticut.
It’s noteworthy that the 14-time Grammy winner owns a “Holiday House” in Rhode Island, valued at $17 million, which makes her visits to these locations unsurprising. In the video, Calvn shared that his mother continued working there even after the “legendary” 4th of July gatherings, a tradition Swift has upheld for over a decade, inviting her celebrity friends. She paused these celebrations during Donald Trump’s presidency but resumed in 2023. Notable names like Selena Gomez, Blake Lively, and Gigi Hadid have attended, along with former stars like Tom Hiddleston, Joe Jonas, and Calvin Harris.
Given her well-known presence in the area, Calvn admitted that many visitors flock to the location, hoping for a chance to meet her.
Swift’s Favorite Hangouts
To begin with, the Swiftie highlighted a beloved spot: Mystic Drawbridge Ice Cream on Main Street. Taylor has even been spotted there enjoying ice cream with her friend, Selena Gomez, with Calvn humorously commenting, “It’s charming and steeped in tradition.”
Another highlighted location is “The Black Dog” clothing shop, which shares its name with one of her tracks from her latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department.” Although the song references a London pub, the coincidence wasn’t lost on the fan, who added with a grin, “Do I need to say more?”
Sift, another bakery, is also on Swift’s list of favorites alongside the Cider Mill. Calvn remarked, “It’s the oldest of its kind in the nation.”
