The musician, famous for his chart-topping tracks and constantly changing aesthetic, shared a mirror selfie on his Instagram Story on Tuesday night showcasing this fresh look.
In the photo, Drake flaunted sleek pigtails split in the middle, accessorized with bubble barrettes. His outfit included a denim ensemble with loose-fitting jeans and a button-up shirt layered under a leather varsity football jacket, finished with classic white Nike Air Force 1 sneakers. Intriguingly, he posted the image without any caption.

Despite the negativity, numerous supporters defended Drake, drawing parallels to other legendary rappers celebrated for their distinctive hairdos.

This isn’t the first instance of Drake experimenting with unique hairstyles. In October 2023, he was seen sporting colorful hair clips while promoting his album For All The Dogs. The Toronto artist has consistently challenged fashion norms and grooming standards.
In 2021, Drake also shared that his hair had been impacted after battling COVID-19, which led to a fresh start in his hair growth. He explained, “After having Covid, my hair grew in strangely…I had to start over.”
