Eminem’s recent presence in the music industry has garnered significant attention, and in his newest release, he doesn’t shy away from scrutinizing Diddy.
Eminem uses his latest album, “Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grace),” to target Diddy and highlight various past issues, including allegations of sexual assault, across several tracks.
In his twelfth album, dropped on Friday, Eminem dares to be controversial with the track “Antichrist,” where he humorously depicts himself as a villain.
“But who else is as ruthless, clever, and crude, dreadful, horrifying, and deceptive as me … or rapping so harshly? If the next fool inquires, he’ll get beaten worse than Diddy did,” the lyrics state.
Eminem proceeds to suggest that Cassie was exhausted with Diddy’s alleged actions, adding vulgar ad-libs to drive the point home.
Further confrontations in “Fuel”
Eminem urges listeners to follow the track sequence as he intensifies the criticism towards Diddy in the subsequent song, “Fuel,” featuring JID.
The song includes additional references to Diddy’s alleged involvement in sexual assault and the conspiracy surrounding Tupac Shakur’s murder.
“Don’t challenge like a test (Why?)/ ‘Cause similar to my friends out West, hey (Yes)/ We can plainly declare (What?)/ I’m like an ‘R-A-P-E-R (Yes)/ Have so many S-As (S-As) S-As (Huh)/ Wait, did he actually spell rapper and omit a ‘P’?/ (Indeed!!!!)” the track conveys.
Hints at connection to Tupac’s demise
Eminem also suggests Diddy played a part in Tupac’s 1996 assassination.
“R-I-P, rest in peace, Biggie/And ‘Pac, both of y’all should be living/Yes, but I’m not looking to feud with him as he might order a hit on me like Keefe D, get him/ And that’s the only way you’ll be ending me (No) Won’t happen through a beat, silly (Yes).”
Eminem’s recent musical release sparks debates with these bold accusations, causing ripples in the music sphere.
