A personal trainer has accused Sean Diddy Combs of serious sexual misconduct, claiming the music mogul “passed [his] drugged body around like a party favor.” This allegation is part of a growing list against the 54-year-old executive, now surpassing 120 accusations.
Reports indicate that some of the alleged victims are as young as 13. Combs faces numerous legal troubles, including charges from the federal government for human trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution.
Despite his denials and support from his children, more allegations are surfacing, including one from attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the anonymous personal trainer.
According to documents filed, multiple attendees at a party forced the plaintiff into sexual acts while he was incapacitated. The document states, “The plaintiff’s physical condition made it impossible for him to resist their advances.”
The attorney claims, “These individuals, including Combs, treated the plaintiff’s drugged state as an opportunity for sexual gratification.”
Alleged Coercion and Secrecy
The claim, identified as belonging to a “John Doe,” stems from a party held on July 27, 2022, after the BET Awards at Combs’ mansion in Los Angeles. The plaintiff met Combs through a mutual acquaintance, who had informed Combs about his fitness expertise.
Seeking to expand his clientele and income, the trainer attended the after-show party, which celebrated Combs’ Lifetime Achievement Award. He alleges he was assaulted after being required to sign a non-disclosure agreement without receiving a copy.
Upon arrival, the plaintiff claims he was given a tequila and cranberry drink to gain entry, subsequently leading him to a dimly lit room filled with a dozen people engaged in sexual activities.
The plaintiff states, “Soon after entering the room, I felt faint and disoriented, far beyond what a single drink would cause. It became evident that something was amiss, and I realized I had been drugged.”
In his account, once he recognized his extreme vulnerability, Combs approached him and allegedly forced him into non-consensual oral sex.
