Insiders have indicated that the divorce matters are “uncontested”, with only the judge’s approval needed to finalize after extensive discussions about financials and assets. Reports also suggest that Deborra filed for divorce in New York on May 23, and according to the filed documents, all aspects have been amicably resolved.

The properties in question include a lavish three-level condo in Chelsea, New York, purchased by the couple in 2008 for $21 million. They listed the five-bedroom residence for slightly over $38 million in 2022, after acquiring a chic London penthouse for $21.25 million. Jackman has kept the New York residence, which he currently occupies with his new partner, Broadway actress Sutton Foster. He is also anticipated to maintain his opulent property in Bondi Beach. Additionally, there is a provision for continuing extensive health care support for both parents and their children.

Deborra, who shares two adopted children with the Wolverine star, has reportedly received a “substantial alimony settlement,” according to an insider, who added that there will be no “conflict” as they conclude their 27-year union. “An agreement was made that Deborra is pleased with, which includes a generous alimony amount.”

They first met in 1995 on the Australian TV series Correlli, where she was already a prominent figure and he was just starting out in his acting journey.
