Donald Trump took the oath as the 47th President of the United States on Monday, signifying the start of his second term as the nation’s Commander in Chief. He wasted no time and quickly began signing a series of executive orders following a unique indoor inauguration event.
The audience was filled with notable personalities, including tech giants like Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos, as well as former Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama. The event also attracted various high-profile athletes from the combat sports world, including Conor McGregor, Jake Paul, and Logan Paul. The appearance of the latter brothers gained significant attention on social media, particularly through the involvement of comedian Theo Von, who was also present.
Theo Von experiences a mishap during the inauguration
As the ceremony unfolded, Theo Von was seated in front of the Paul brothers when his chair suddenly collapsed, causing laughter among the attendees and some puzzled expressions from others.
After the incident, Von quickly moved to an empty seat between Jake and Logan Paul, jokingly attributing his chair’s failure to Kamala Harris. He then inquired whether Logan was capturing the moment on film, to which Logan replied, “I got it!“.
While it’s uncertain if this was orchestrated by the Pauls, it certainly created a memorable and awkward situation for Von during such a significant event. Fortunately, he seems unfazed by the embarrassment.
