Recent events surrounding Sean Diddy Combs‘ sexual abuse controversy seem to be affecting Justin Bieber. The Canadian musician appeared in public looking extremely tired and possibly sleep-deprived.
The 30-year-old star, who recently welcomed a child, was once mentored by Combs when he started his music career in his teenage years, frequently spending time with the embattled executive, who now faces accusations of human trafficking and racketeering.
Bieber was seen leaving Chateau Marmont alone in Los Angeles on October 4. He wore a white hoodie paired with a red scarf and displayed a serious demeanor while driving his SUV, appearing unshaven as well.
Combs once mentioned spending 48 hours with Bieber when the latter was 15, implying they enjoyed some secretive activities, calling it a young person’s dream in an old interview.
Fans are increasingly concerned about the implications of this relationship, especially considering the numerous allegations against Diddy, including accusations of sexual abuse involving minors.
In a separate segment on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Combs seemed to caution Bieber against discussing their past on public platforms.
Bieber Keeping His Distance
With his name frequently mentioned alongside Combs, the singer of “Baby” is making an effort to steer clear of the discussions, leaving fans uncertain about any actual involvement in the scandal. However, it’s essential to note that there is currently no evidence connecting him to any allegations.
Presently, the pop star is focusing on being a devoted father and husband to his wife, Hailey, and trying to avoid further controversies, as confirmed by sources talking to PEOPLE.com.
“He’s aware of Diddy’s arrest and the controversy surrounding it,” a source revealed. “But he prefers not to dwell on it.
“His priority is to be an excellent dad and husband.”
Combs has denied all allegations against him and is currently being held in New York City, awaiting trial.
