Kanye West has stirred curiosity among fans by returning to Twitter and making an unexpected choice on Instagram, where he now exclusively follows Taylor Swift. This peculiar action is particularly surprising given their history of disagreements.
At 47, West is known for his erratic online presence. He often oscillates between sharing frequent updates about his wife, Bianca Censori, and completely erasing his online persona. Yet, his recent decision to follow Swift stands out, especially with their contentious background.
Currently, Swift is involved with NFL player Travis Kelce, and she hasn’t reciprocated the follow, leaving many to ponder West’s intentions.
West’s renewed interest in Swift coincides with the release of his album, Vultures 2, featuring a lyric that subtly references both Swift and Kelce. In the song Lifestyle (Demo), he raps, “I twist my Taylor spliffs tight at the end like Travis Kelce,” making direct mentions of both figures.
This lyric is particularly notable given the tumultuous relationship between West and Swift, which began in 2009 during the infamous MTV Video Music Awards incident.
West’s Controversial Comment on Kamala Harris
In addition to his unusual behavior regarding Swift, West made headlines with a crude comment about Kamala Harris, claiming he would have had intimate relations with her “until she lost” the upcoming election to Donald Trump.
West’s post on X.com stated, “I used to want to f**k Kamala until she lost… I don’t f**k losers anymore,” but it received less attention than the major sports news about the trade involving Luka Doncic between the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers.
