Kanye West appeared quite unstable during a live stream on April 30, where he donned a black mask and vocally expressed his frustrations about his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and his inability to see their four children, according to reports from RadarOnline.com.
“I’m going to track down these kids,” Kanye expressed with anger directed at the camera, at times slamming his hands on the table. “I’m in discussions with the lawyers. There’s a limit to how much I can mentally manage without seeing my kids.”
After their divorce in 2022, Kardashian agreed to share joint physical and legal custody of their children: North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6. However, Kanye’s emotional decline seems to be testing Kardashian’s limits.

Kim Kardashian’s worries about her children’s safety
On March 14, the 44-year-old actress initiated an emergency custody hearing after learning that North participated in a track with her father and the controversial rapper Sean Diddy Combs, who is currently entangled in a sex trafficking trial.
Just days prior, Kim had to interrupt Kanye’s time with North when she found out they would be in the company of alleged sex offenders and self-proclaimed misogynists Andrew and Tristan Tate, who have denied all accusations, including human trafficking.
Now, the star of American Horror Story is alerting West to maintain his distance.
“Kanye’s unpredictable actions have escalated the situation,” a source informed RadarOnline.com. “Currently, Kim is worried he might take the kids away from her and she won’t be able to bring them back. She lacks trust in him.”
“Kanye’s fits of rage are causing her anxiety, and she is fearful of his next move,” the source continued, emphasizing that the SKIMS founder has enhanced the security measures at her $60 million estate in Hidden Hills, California, and recruited additional bodyguards.
“Kim will go to any lengths to secure her children’s safety, regardless of the cost,” the source concluded.
It’s quite alarming that West has experienced mental health challenges for several years, yet he now insists that these issues do not exist.
In a podcast from February, he stated that a prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder was a mistake and that he has ceased taking his medication, despite medical advice indicating he has autism.
Nevertheless, his conduct has raised significant red flags.
He has posted numerous anti-Semitic remarks online and has made disturbing endorsements of Adolf Hitler.
At the Grammys in February, he attracted attention by parading his two-year-old spouse, Bianca Censori, 30, down the red carpet, where they appeared disoriented, and she wore a transparent gown that left little to the imagination.
In a March interview with DJ Akademiks, West shocked many by donning a black Ku Klux Klan costume while criticizing his ex.
As if this wasn’t enough, in a troubling April 21 post on X, he claimed to have had an inappropriate relationship with a cousin during their childhood, which was followed by the release of a song about that experience.
A source mentioned, “Kim is very worried about Kanye’s mental wellbeing and fears he might face another episode.” It was noted that “Kim wished their children could be close to their father, but Kanye’s erratic behavior has changed everything.”
Despite this, according to the source, “Kanye remains unyielding, just as Kim does; their friends are anxious that the situation might escalate further.”
