A renowned plastic surgeon discusses Lindsay Lohan‘s transformed look, attributing it to various cosmetic enhancements as the actress attended Paris Fashion Week in early October.
The 38-year-old dazzled in a black sequined dress paired with a leather jacket and a ponytail. However, it was her noticeably altered facial appearance that garnered attention, leading fans to speculate that her sobriety contributed to a more youthful look.
Dr. Johnny Betteridge, an expert in cosmetic procedures, suggested that Lohan underwent surgeries to achieve her refreshed appearance, particularly after previous unsuccessful interventions that made her look older.
“Examining her face from a decade ago shows evidence of over-filling,” Betteridge explained on TikTok. “Notably in her cheeks and lips, and her nose appears broader and less sculpted.
“Years later, she exhibits traits typical of excessive filler use, resulting in a puffy facade. This is indicative of well-executed surgical and non-surgical interventions.
“Significant effort has gone into this new look, likely including weight loss, dissolving fillers, and precise reapplication in the mid-face, cheeks, and lips.
“From a surgical viewpoint, it appears she has undergone an upper blepharoplasty, which reshapes the upper eyelid.”

Dr. Betteridge also speculated that rhinoplasty might have been part of her changes, commending her for appearing more natural in a viral clip that amassed over 100,000 views.
The actress seems to have shed significant years, appearing to transition from her 60s to her late 30s. Whether through surgical alterations or personal recovery, she radiates a healthier demeanor, leading fans to applaud her.
